• Demonstrate a proven track record in retail, ideally within the jewellery sector.
• Motivate and lead a high‑performing sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain product knowledge and drive sales of jewellery and watches.
• Work extra hours during busy periods such as Christmas.
• Assume responsibility for store performance and results.
