We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to register their interest in joining our magical winter wonderland team for the 2026 season. Whether you're a snow lover, a people person, or just looking for a fun and rewarding seasonal job, we have opportunities for you.

2026 Winter opportunities include:

• Resort Operations Officers including roles such as Snow Clearing, Snow Making, Lift Operators (Mt Baw Baw only), General Operations, Maintenance and Cleaning
• Visitor Services Officers at all resorts including roles such as Administration, Retail, Indoor & Outdoor opportunities PLUS specific Resort-only roles such as Air Zone at Mt Buller and Food & Beverage opportunities at Lake Mountain and Mt Baw Baw
• Ski Instructors & Ski Patrol

When: Various start dates apply depending on the role; official Resort Winter Operations commence from June - October 2026.

Where: Our six Alpine Resorts are Falls Creek, Mt Buller, Mt Hotham, Mt Baw Baw, Mt Stirling and Lake Mountain. Various opportunities available at each location.

Accommodation may be available at some locations. Accommodation T&C's to be confirmed at the time of interview

All positions at Alpine Resorts Victoria require:

• Have full Australian working rights.
• Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
• Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check.

Who will you be working for?

Established on 1 October 2022, Alpine Resorts Victoria brings a sector-wide focus and strategic leadership to the management of Victoria's six alpine resorts:
Falls Creek, Lake Mountain, Mt Baw Baw, Mt Buller, Mt Hotham and Mt Stirling. Each resort provides a unique experience of Victoria's alpine landscapes and supports regional communities by attracting visitors and sustaining jobs.
