Overview
Are you passionate about delivering rehabilitation? Do you have a desire to support patients in their rehab journey from hospital to home? Come and join our team.
The Community Beds Team provides assessment and rehabilitation for adults in 4 locations across the Falkirk council area (Bo’ness Community Hospital, Falkirk Community Hospital, Summerford House, & Cunningham House). You would be supporting our team of Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans and deliver quality rehabilitation.

- Provide excellent patient care, be flexible in allocated caseload management, and participate in collaborative team working.
- Contribute to opportunities for ongoing skills development.
Our service provides rehabilitation over 7 days, with the core hours being weekdays between 08:30–16:30. This post may involve weekend working.

Employment terms and conditionsFrom 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part-time hours will be reduced pro-rata. There will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so pay will not be affected.
Security and sponsorshipThe duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
