Finance Transformation Manager

Reed Finance are delighted to be supporting one of our long-standing clients with identifying suitable candidates for a new Head of Finance Transformation opportunity.

Reporting to the Director – Financial Services
, you will drive improvements across finance processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned to organisational strategy.

• Optimise core finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, Planning & Reporting).
• Lead process redesign, standardisation, and change adoption.
• Manage and enhance finance systems, including Agresso (Unit4).
• Develop and automate reporting, balancing system output with Power BI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and line manage the Finance Systems Analyst.
• Engage senior stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Strong experience in finance transformation and system optimisation.
• Skilled in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Power BI or similar analytics capability.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems (Unit4, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
