FINTEC Recruit are recruiting Electrical Engineers for their well established manufacturing client based in the Stirling area.
These are permanent positions working shifts based on a 5‑shift rota (average 38 hours/week
, 18 shifts over a 35‑day cycle)
- Electrical maintenance support across site
- Planned and preventative maintenance using CMMS
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians
- Resolve unplanned breakdowns right first time
- Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate shift reporting
- HNC in Electrical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Completed 4‑year recognised apprenticeship (essential)
- Strong skills in PLCs, HV/LV systems, fault finding & isolation
- Strong communicator and team player
- Excellent problem‑solving ability
- Positive, proactive leadership approach
