As an Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator - DS, you ll play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our store premises. You ll be responsible for ensuring our outdoor spaces are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to customer service, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Maintain the landscaping and lawn care of our store premises, ensuring a well-groomed and inviting environment.
• Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Perform grounds maintenance on the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment.
• Be part of a team of associates responsible for all aspects of the landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance.
• Adhere to the highest standards of safety, security, and integrity, ensuring compliance with corporate policies as well as local, federal, and state requirements.

Minimum Qualifications for Resume Review

Experience:

Be at least 21 years of age (Required for DOT operator - DS). Hold a valid state-issued driver s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record. Successfully complete and pass a driver s road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work. Must be able to pass all contingencies - Medical Exam, Drug Screen, MVR, and BG.

Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required. Landscaping - mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round.

Certifications:

Medical Exam, Drug Screen, MVR, and BG. Hold a valid state-issued driver s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

Salary Range:
Base pay starts at $21. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
