Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train staff; manage performance evaluations and terminations as needed.;
Ensure proper opening and closing of the store each day; personally open/close at least twice weekly.;
Monitor inventory and ordering to meet in-stock targets; review BSR/cycle counts.;
Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; enforce security and cashier procedures.;
Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
