Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform cycle counts, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and hang signage.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience and provide peak coverage during busy times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, reaching, standing, and traveling.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, lift, reach, stand, walk, kneel, and operate store equipment.
• Must be able to handle merchandise and operate equipment safely.
