Required Skills:

• Valid state RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hemodialysis machines and protocols
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN)
• Acute dialysis certifications such as Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
• 1-2 years of dialysis nursing or critical care experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or higher)
• 1-2 years of dialysis or critical care nursing experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and assist with patient mobility
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
• Ability to work in a noisy, high-stress environment
• Must possess good vision, hearing, and fine motor skills
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts on a 3x12-hour day shift (7:00 am – 7:00 pm), with flexibility for alternative days such as Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday
