RN Director

Position Type: Permanent Placement

Shift: 8‑Hour Days

Salary Range: $103,040 – $154,560 annually

We are seeking an experienced RN Director – Medical, Rehab & Surgical Units to lead and oversee nursing operations. This is a leadership opportunity for a candidate with strong clinical and supervisory experience across multiple departments.

• Minimum 5 years of nursing supervision experience
• Preferably 2+ years of Director‑level experience
• BSN required
• Master’s degree highly preferred
• Current CPR card (or completion within 30 days of employment)
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
