Our Operator performs skilled tasks in rare earth magnet production, including machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks. This role requires familiarity with production equipment and the ability to work with limited supervision.

• Operate primary magnet production equipment (e.g., pressing, sintering furnaces, machining stations).
• Perform setup and changeover of machines following established procedures.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust settings within allowable limits.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections using gauges, calipers, or microscopy tools.
• Identify and communicate equipment issues or process deviations.
• Handle rare earth materials safely and follow contamination-control practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation for lot traceability and quality compliance.
• Assist in training new Operator I personnel.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and process adjustments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Consistent adherence to safety and quality standards.

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, move, sit, carry, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, lift, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel and talk and hear. May be required to lift and move boxes or packages not exceeding 20 pounds in weight.

Some work stress inherent to the position and extended work hours may be required.
