Great Plains Kubota is a reputable network of full-line Kubota dealerships located across the state. As an elite Kubota dealer, the company provides a wide selection of Kubota Tractors, Mowers, Utility Vehicles, Construction Equipment, and Hay Tools. In addition to Kubota, Great Plains Kubota is an authorized dealer for Vermeer Agriculture equipment, Hustler mowers, and Land Pride implements. This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Stillwater, OK. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include managing staff, setting goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, developing business strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a positive work environment that ensures operational excellence.

• Proven experience in team leadership, employee management, and development
• Strong understanding of sales, financial management, and business operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, specifically Kubota or similar machinery, is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
