- Pay Rate/Salary: $103,040 to $154,560
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours-exempt

- Certifications
Required:- Licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Current CPR card or completion within 30 days of employment.
- Education:
BSN required;
Masters strongly preferred - Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in area of nursing supervision. Preferably two years director experience, preferably over multiple departments. - Charting System:
Meditech is our current charting system but we are moving to Epic so that is the preferred experience. - Required skillset:
Building a culture around strong clinical practice. - Unit Overview: 78 beds total:
Medical unit-33 beds;
Rehab unit-16 beds;
Surgical unit-29 beds - Typical Staffing: 1:5

C. Visible body piercing jewelry (such as eye, nose, lip or tongue) is prohibited. An exception is made for pierced ear
jewelry and small nose studs. For staff with ear lobe gauges, the hole must be filled with natural skin color insert.
D. Tattoos are permitted, but must be free of offensive images and language. Tattoos defined by management as
“offensive” are not permitted to be visible in the workplace.
E. Departments may restrict the wearing of jewelry, including the amount of and/or style, for safety, infection
control, and other reasons.

Based on distance, paid as sign-on bonus - Vaccination Requirements: 2 documented MMR vaccines or Positive titers:
Mumps, Rubeola, Rubella
2 documented Varicella vaccines or Positive titers
3 documented Hepatitis B vaccines or positive titers, or a signed declination
The latest Covid vaccine or a signed declination
Influenza Vaccine during 10-1 through 3/31, or a signed declination
Tdap is optional
TB skin test within the last year and a TB Questionnaire completed upon hire..
If positive to TB, then a chest x-ray done within 6 months of employment
