Ready to take your Physical Therapy career on the road? H2 Health is looking for an adventurous Travel Physical Therapist to support multiple outpatient clinics across Northern Oklahoma. This role is perfect for a PT who loves variety, enjoys new environments, and wants exposure to a wide range of diagnoses and treatment styles. Every week brings something new—different clinics, different patients, and the opportunity to grow your skills across orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, vestibular, balance, prosthetic, and sports-related care.

- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care across multiple outpatient locations
- Treat a diverse and ever-changing caseload
- Document efficiently using Raintree EMR and AI-supported tools
- Collaborate with supportive clinic teams while building broad clinical experience
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility)
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn
