The role would suit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer looking to step up into a leadership position.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Lead training and development, generating standard work instructions
- Problem solving and driving Continuous Improvement
The Candidate:
- CNC Programming (5-axis) experience or background as a Manufacturing Engineer (Machine shop/Aerospace environment)
- Experience with GD&T
- Passion for training, mentoring, and developing a technical team
