PositionThe Management Department in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University invites applications for a tenure‑track position in Organization Behavior/Human Resources or Strategic Management at the Associate Professor level to begin as early as August 2026. Candidates at the Associate Professor level must have a well‑established research record and demonstrated quality teaching experience. Salary is competitive for a comprehensive research university and contingent on available funding.
Qualifications- By Fall 2026, candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong research potential, preferably with an established record of top‑tier publication activity.
- Active research program, participation in supervising doctoral students, and ability to teach undergraduate or graduate‑level coursework.
- Preference for candidates pursuing high‑impact research who can collaborate effectively within a collegial department.

It has been ranked in the Top 20 in the TAMUGA rankings in three of the last five years, with a 5‑year average rank of 25th among all management departments in the country.
Faculty serve as associate editors or on editorial boards of leading journals. Senior faculty are committed to mentoring junior faculty. Management faculty teach at undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels. Our doctoral program is a key component of the department; doctoral students work closely with faculty, publish in top‑tier outlets prior to graduation, and enjoy successful placement outcomes for graduates.
