The Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences (VCS), College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at Oklahoma State University (OSU) is seeking a senior accounting specialist. This position reports to the VCS department head and is responsible for oversight of all VCS budgetary processes and budget management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, purchasing, inventory/surplus, etc. All other duties as assigned.

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• Spclt Acctg – High school/GED and 2 years of experience in accounting/Bookkeeping.
• Spclt Acctg Sr – High school/GED and 3 years of experience in accounting/Bookkeeping.
• Post‑secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
• Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
  Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must be self‑motivated and capable of accomplishing tasks with minimal oversight and supervision. Must have MS Office experience, specifically with Excel and Word. Confidentiality required.

• Bachelor's Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience with AIRS, inventory, OK Corral, and P-card processing.
