POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounting and Audit Intern position will almost exclusively be dealing with accounts payable by paying a high volume of vendors. In addition, this position will be tasked with working through billing issues with Pricebook, vendors, and merchandisers.

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the department and/or organization. Duties within the department may also change to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer the accounts payable process for multiple vendors on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis
* Assist with invoice and import issues
* Audit store information
* Assist with front desk operations and visitor support as needed
* Act as a backup resource for multiple positions while developing a broad understanding of accounting operations
* Assist with various departmental organization projects
* Complete special projects as requested by Management/Executive team
