Tech and Data Enablement

Location: Hybrid in Oak Park Heights, MN (Onsite 2-3 days/week)

Rate: The hourly pay rate range for this position is expected to be $70.55-$74.42 depending on qualifications and experience, though a higher rate may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates

The Tech and Data Enablement Role supports the execution of Technology & Data initiatives by providing structure, coordination, and enablement across the organization. The initial focus is AI, Copilot, and the Power Platform, helping teams scale these capabilities through clear ways of working and execution support.

• Enable Technology & Data initiatives, with an initial focus on AI, Copilot, and Power Platform
• Translate strategy and roadmaps into executable enablement plans
• Coordinate readiness, dependencies, and phased rollouts across teams

• Act as an enablement partner for AI, Copilot, and Power Platform initiatives
• Help organize and coordinate activities related to platform readiness, user enablement, and rollout support
• Ensure these initiatives are introduced in a consistent, intentional, and scalable way
• Capture lessons learned from early AI and platform efforts to inform future Technology & Data initiatives

• Build and maintain repeatable enablement frameworks, templates, and playbooks
• Initiative intake and onboarding
• Readiness and dependency tracking
• Rollout coordination and execution support
• Reduce ad‑hoc or one‑off approaches by creating structure that can scale

• Help coordinate timing, dependencies, and handoffs across multiple initiatives
• Support alignment across concurrent efforts to avoid duplication and fragmentation
• Bring structure and clarity to how initiatives are introduced into the organization

• Partner with platform, product, and learning teams to ensure appropriate enablement assets are in place
• Identify gaps in readiness or understanding and work with the right teams to address them
• Support hands‑on enablement moments tied to initiative rollout (e.g., onboarding sessions, practical guidance, structured support)

• Support initiative owners in defining success measures tied to usage, outcomes, and value
• Help track progress, adoption signals, and feedback
• Surface insights that can improve future enablement and execution efforts
• Continuously refine enablement approaches based on feedback, results, and organizational maturity
• Contribute to a scalable enablement capability that supports long‑term Technology & Data growth
• Evolve practices as platforms, tools, and operating models change

• Experience supporting or enabling technology and/or data initiatives in an enterprise environment
• Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills
• Ability to translate strategy into structured, actionable plans
• Comfort working across technical and non‑technical teams
• Familiarity with AI, Copilot, Power Platform, or similar enterprise technologies preferred
