Part-time & On-call positions available! We currently have openings on the AM shift (6am-2pm) & the PM shift (2pm-10pm).

We’re hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide direct care. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

• Provide direct care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Help clients with daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Medication administration.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
• Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
• Support independence and personal goals.
• Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.

• Caring attitude and desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• At least 6 months of caregiving or personal care experience preferred, but not required; we will train compassionate individuals who are reliable and eager to learn.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers.

• $18/hour starting pay.

• Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
• Evening shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
• Awake Overnight shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• Every other weekend required.
