40 - Salary Range: $41,000 – $68,000
- Sign‑on Bonus: $15,000
- Incentive Bonus Program
This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the location, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organization compliance, directing and coordinating work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrating leadership. It manages Resident Service by communicating, interacting and responding to customers effectively and accurately. The Administrator proactively communicates any necessary changes, issues and concerns to families, staff and other members of the medical community, responds quickly and openly to resident's physical, mental and other needs, and ensures they are being met by self or others.
The role ensures effective marketing and communication for all service levels and practices active listening.
Manages Risk:
Assigns responsibility for daily infection prevention and control activities, provides equipment/supplies and supports the infection prevention and control program, maintains a culture of safety, and ensures HIPAA compliance. The Administrator leads the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program, sponsors improvement projects, and reviews findings.
Manages Communication and Documentation:
Expresses ideas clearly and effectively orally and in writing, seeks feedback, communicates upward and downward appropriately, and ensures required documentation is completed. The Administrator keeps supervisors informed and follows chain of command when reporting concerns.
Manages Financial and Operational Objectives:
Works with department teams to oversee campus operations.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, preferably in healthcare administration.
- Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice is required.
- Other licenses as appropriate by state requirements and facility needs.
