Required Skills:

• Valid and current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Proven proficiency in administering anesthesia and sedation
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures, protocols, and safety standards
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a variety of anesthetic techniques (regional, general, local)
• Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or surgical settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience working in out-of-state or travel positions is desirable

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 week for out-of-state travel assignments; longer periods preferred
• For in-state candidates, availability for at least 1-2 days per week
• Active state licensure, DEA registration, and BLS/ACLS certifications
• Ability to adapt to varying scheduling needs as required
