• Assemble products and package components using hand and power tools, following verbal and written instructions, including blueprints
• Perform a variety of tasks/roles throughout the day in a steady‑paced production environment
• Conduct required quality checks and complete required documentation (e.g., scrap sheets, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection reports)
• Set up and operate various machines and equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles
• Use computer for production‑related tasks such as data entry and creating labels
• Operate various material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks, lifts and packaging wrappers
• Perform multiple tasks and rotate from position to position as required in the production process
• Use appropriate PPE for the task assigned
• Regular attendance and ability to work overtime

• Successfully pass мүм an aptitude test covering basic math principles, reading directions and sfrndkign diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
• Work overtime as needed
• Ability to read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions
• Able to use hand and power tools, measuring equipment such as gauges, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to work with computers, label makers, etc.

• Previous work experience in a production or industrial environment
• Ability to learn new tasks and train in other positions
