🎯 POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for a highly motivated leader who is energized by business growth, team development, and operational excellence.
As an Area Director, you will oversee 3+ Anytime Fitness locations throughout the Stevens Point market. You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving club profitability and performance
- Coaching and developing sales teams
- Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Managing scheduling and payroll preparation
- Facilitating crucial conversations and performance accountability
- Ensuring operational excellence across all locations
Fitness industry experience is helpful but not required. What matters most: leadership presence, sales acumen, and a self-driven mindset.
💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Earning Potential: $65,000–$95,000

- Proven multi-unit leadership or management experience
- Strong sales background
- Demonstrated leadership within service or retail environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of HR practices (hiring, coaching, development)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, documents, and presentation tools
- Strong potential for regional advancement
