Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Graduate-level Case Assistant
Pay: $20–$27 (based on BACB supervision needs)
Schedule: Full time and part time hours available

Join Arrow Academy as a Graduate-level Case Assistant and gain valuable skills and supervision hours while helping children grow, learn, and succeed.
You’ll work under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) making a difference by supporting technicians and children in building life, communication, and social skills through the proven methods of ABA.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one support for technicians working directly with clients
- Create and design individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Create programming to target communication, social, and self-help skills
- Analyze data and track client progress
- Communicate with technicians and families about achievements

Qualifications
- 18 yrs or older with Bachelor’s degree
- Acceptance or enrollment in a Master’s program for Applied Behavior Analysis
- Therapist-level status requiring 2,000 hours of ABA experience
- Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving, childcare, teaching, or human services (preferred)
- Availability between hours of operation Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Authorized to work in the United State
- Complete Caregiver Background check
- Physical demands:
Stand, walk, sit, bend, run, reach with hands and arms, regularly lift and /or move up to 50lbs. - Paid onboarding and ongoing training
- Flexible hours
