Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) in Urology from an accredited institution Valid and active medical licensure in the state Board certification or eligibility in Urology Proven clinical experience in urological procedures and patient management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have
Skills:
Prior experience in outpatient clinics and surgical settings Familiarity with healthcare electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to perform a range of urological procedures Experience in outreach clinics or rural healthcare environments Preferred
Education and Experience:
Residency training in Urology with at least 2 years of post-residency experience Previous work in a hospital or clinic setting with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Demonstrated commitment to quality care and continuous professional development Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in system call rotations, including one weekend per month Flexibility in work hours to accommodate clinic, OR, and outreach duties Ability to travel to Wisconsin Rapids 1-2 days per month when needed Credentialing process required prior to start date (anticipated start: 01/31/2026) Take this opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
