Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for a stable, well-paid role with no call-outs or weekends

Were recruiting a PPM M&E Engineer to join our award-winning Facilities Management team.

• OTE up to £60,000 (including overtime, bonus & enhancements)

• Base salary: £37,658 £ 42,432 per annum (depending on experience)

• No call-out or weekend working

• Door-to-door pay

• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

• Enhanced overtime rates

• Up to 4% annual bonus (subject to targets)

• Company van (personal use from day one) & fuel card

• Smartphone, tools, uniform & PPE provided

Youll be mobile, travelling between sites carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a retail-focused portfolio.

Your work will include PPM activities on:

• Air Conditioning

• Heating & Heat Pumps

• Electrical services & emergency lighting

• Some refrigeration-biased PPM tasks (training provided)

During seasonal PPM freeze periods, youll support the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
