New Business Insurance Advisor

In terms of their staff, they require experienced and knowledgeable insurance professionals who enjoy having the opportunity to express themselves and develop.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated New Business Insurance Advisor to join their fantastic team. The successful person will be someone who can identify, pursue, and win new clients while delivering an exceptional level of service across all areas of their insurance needs. This role involves advising clients, arranging suitable insurance solutions, and securing the right cover at competitive premiums.

The successful applicant will be accountable for meeting agreed sales and growth targets, ensuring a balance between excellent customer outcomes and commercial objectives. You will work closely with both clients and insurers to develop, grow, and retain a portfolio of care-sector business.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Proactive, driven, and self-motivated attitude
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory environment is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ambitious, approachable, and professional manner

This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to £29K per annum and benefits include 26 days' annual leave (plus bank holiday), pension scheme, 24/7 access to physical and mental wellbeing support and one paid volunteering day each year to support local communities.
