Merchandiser – Stevenage
Contract type: 12 Secondment
Working pattern:
Tuesday to Saturday
Salary: £26,422 + Quarterly bonus
Required:
valid driving licence, own vehicle, right to work in the UK.
- Work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring the full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high‑quality presentation on the shop floor.
- Receive regular one‑to‑one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch‑ups to build capability and grow your skills.
- Active, hands‑on responsibilities include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring products are well presented. Manual handling is part of the role and training and equipment will be provided.
- Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
- Travel to assigned stores with a full UK driving licence and appropriate business insurance. Own vehicle required.
- Collaborate with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
- Comfortable using iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
- No experience required – we provide full training and support.

- Adapts quickly to changing tasks and challenges, has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
