Join Our Team as a Food Service Assistant

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment? We're looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team in Stevenage on a casual basis.

As a Food Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring our customers receive high-quality meals and service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
• Supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in front-of-house areas.
• Ensuring food safety standards are upheld through proper handling and storage.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Providing friendly and efficient service, including accommodating dietary needs.
• Participating in training and team meetings to uphold service and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in catering or food service (preferred).
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
• A flexible, positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
