Injection Moulding Setter

Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Safe mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools
 
* Accurate setting of injection moulding tools and operating moulding machine
 
* Tool changes and process set-up
 
* Manchine maintenance
 
* Tool trials
 
* Quality Control
 
* Responsible for use of engineering machines
 
* Working in a well-equipped modern tool room
 
* Modification of Injection Mould Tools
 
* Dealing with Customers and suppliers
 
* Stock check
 
* Preparing new Mould Tools for production
 
* Maintenance, repair and modification of Injection Mould Tools
To be considered for the role you must have:
 
* Experience in injection mould setting, and a knowledge of Arburg/Demag machines
 
* Have the ability to wqork to tifht time scales without compromisting quality and safety
 
* Preparing new mould tools for procution
 
* Candidate to have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a small business
 
* Understanding of materials
