• Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across commercial assets
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and associated lease events
• Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial controls
• Managing health & safety compliance and statutory obligations
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing strategic advice
• Carrying out property inspections, reporting, and coordinating AGMs

• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for property clients
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and service charge management
• Experience overseeing compliance, inspections and statutory requirements
• Professional property qualification or working towards one
