Project Manager (Fleet System Integration Project)

Familiarity with leading UK fleet systems is essential

Contract : 3 months (temporary) initially but likely to extend - paid through an umbrella

Start - 5th of January or sooner if possible!

To lead and deliver the successful integration of two fleet departments, ensuring alignment of systems, processes, and people. The postholder will drive delivery of the change program, adopt Plant & Fleet Solutions department’s systems and standards while managing the human and operational aspects of integration.

• Proven experience of managing and delivering complex change or integration projects to tight timescales.
• Strong understanding of UK fleet operations, including company cars, small vans, and associated policies, compliance, and logistics would be ideal.
• Experience working with or implementing fleet management systems and related data / process integrations.
• Demonstrable ability to plan, monitor, and deliver against milestones, KPIs, and project outcomes.
