We’re working with an exciting and fast‑growing specialist business that focuses on the maintenance, restoration, and improvement of classic and iconic vehicles. This is a rare opportunity to join early and make a genuine impact as the workshop continues to develop.

Our client is looking for a talented vehicle technician who is passionate about performance cards and enjoys the challenge of varied, hands‑on work. You’ll be involved in a broad range of mechanical operations and will have the freedom to help shape how the workshop evolves.

You’ll carry out diverse mechanical tasks spanning servicing, repair, fault‑finding, and light restoration. This position suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving and takes real pride in craftsmanship — there is no requirement for panel or paint work.

• Mechanical repair, service, and restoration of classic vehicles
• Engine strip, rebuild, tuning, and diagnosis
• Drivetrain and suspension upgrade, and set‑up
• Carburettor and ignition tuning
• Sympathetic electrical repair and fault‑finding
• Routine servicing and road testing
• Working collaboratively within a small, skilled team

• Experienced working on performance vehicles and engine rebuilding
• Strong diagnostic capability across mechanical and electrical systems
• Confident working to high craftsmanship standards
• passionate about automotive history and traditional engineering
• Proactive, hands‑on, and adaptable within a developing workshop
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a customer‑focused environment
