• Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of high-end mechanical and quartz watches.
• Perform comprehensive restorations including cleaning, polishing, and component refurbishment.
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure every watch meets the companies exacting servicing criteria.
• Collaborate closely with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used.
