Cleaning Operative

37.5 hours per week, 9:00am - 5:00pm, £12.60 per hour, free onsite parking.

• Perform deep cleaning of floors, corridors, washrooms, lifts, stairwells, and changing rooms.
• Clean all surfaces including doors, vents, walls, skirting boards, and high‑touch areas.
• Maintain cleaning standards as per Sodexo guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage daily tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Follow health and safety protocols, reporting hazards and using equipment responsibly.

• Experience in professional cleaning with knowledge of industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to handle pressure.
