We’re hiring up to three Windows Infrastructure Engineers to join a secure and technically skilled support team based onsite in Stevenage. You’ll work in a critical infrastructure environment supporting enterprise-level Windows systems, with the chance to build your skills and gain certifications in a structured and progressive role.

Security requirements:

• Must hold active SC clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo SC and DV clearance (we can support this process)

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and administering Windows Server and Windows 10/11 environments

• Managing Active Directory, VMWare, backups (tool agnostic)

• Carrying out physical server maintenance (racking/building)

• Handling incidents and service requests using tools like Jira, Service Now, or Freshdesk

• Collaborating with other engineers and contributing to technical project delivery

• Core networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco)
