Position: Residential Support Worker (Temporary)
MD2 Recruitment is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join established residential services across Hertfordshire.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children or adults with additional needs in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Providing day-to-day care and emotional support

Supporting individuals with daily routines and life skills

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Working as part of a supportive, professional care team

Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Experience in a residential or care setting

A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work shifts (days, nights, weekends)

Enhanced DBS registered on the online update service (or willingness to apply)
