Safety / CDM Advisor (Facilities & Construction)

Hertfordshire + travel to additional UK sites

Job Type: Full Time, 2 years FTC

The Role
Join a growing safety team supporting construction and facilities projects across a major UK estate. As the Safety / CDM Advisor, you will work alongside Project Managers to ensure CDM compliance, provide expert safety guidance, and help deliver high-quality working environments across multiple sites.

CDM Advisor Responsibilities

* Support delivery of projects across the UK estate with a strong focus on CDM 2015 compliance

* Assist in self-delivering the Principal Designer role on smaller works

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and contractor compliance checks

* Support incident investigations and safety reporting

* Provide competent H&S advice to FM teams and stakeholders

* Help improve processes and develop safer working practices

What We’re Looking For

* NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 (preferred)

* IOSH membership with active CPD

* Strong understanding of CDM regulations

* Experience working across construction or FM project environments

* Ability to travel across UK sites and manage multiple projects
