Responsibilities
  • Own PCB redesigns and iterative improvements (cost, reliability, manufacturability, power efficiency, component availability).
  • Diagnose and resolve field and production issues (root cause analysis, corrective actions, ECOs).
  • Improve battery life, vibration drive efficiency, robustness, and overall system reliability.

  • Drive DFM/DFA planning in collaboration with the manufacturing partner.
Qualifications
  • Significant professional experience designing electronics and PCBs for shipped products (ideally wearables, consumer electronics, or medical/wellness devices).
  • Strong schematic capture and PCB design capability, including low‑power design techniques.
  • Proven experience taking products from concept → prototype → NPI → production.
  • Solid understanding of power management (battery‑powered systems, charging, LDOs/DC‑DCs, fuel gauging).
  • Proven experience with MCU‑based embedded hardware, clocks, comms buses (I²C/SPI/UART), debugging.
  • Experience with motor/actuator drive circuits (haptics), EMI/EMC fundamentals, ESD protection.
