Principal Systems Engineer
Shape and lead system design for advanced combat air programmes. Take ownership of architecture, requirements, and system integration while developing your career.
Who we are looking for- British nationality required
- SC clearable
- Advanced systems engineering expertise
Up to £58,000 plus pension contributions up to 14% total.
What you will be doing- Lead system‑of‑systems concept and design activities
- Define and manage key requirements and architecture
- Influence decisions across multiple domains and teams
- Support cross‑functional assessment and analysis activities
- Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
- Stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Analytical systems thinking and problem‑solving
- Paid overtime opportunities
- Flexi leave up to 15 days
- Flexible working arrangements
Stevenage, hybrid, 3 days on‑site.
