• Lead Continuous Improvement projects using Lean tools:
  Kaizen, SMED, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D, Value Stream Mapping
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to meet quality standards
• Implement robust process controls and error‑proofing solutions
• Support new product development from concept to launch
• Specify and validate equipment, tooling, and fixtures
• Drive cost reduction through process optimisation and value engineering
• Prepare Cap Ex reports with justification and cost analysis
• Contribute to capital investment planning and execution

• HND/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial preferred)
• Experience in high‑volume manufacturing (automotive or similar)
• Practical exposure to Lean methodologies and problem‑solving tools
• Knowledge of automated assembly systems, tooling and test equipment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt advantageous
• Experience with Cap Ex projects beneficial

Up to £55,000 + Annual Bonus + Pension + Life Cover + 25 days holiday + Additional Holiday Scheme + Flexible Working Hours.
