  Monday to Friday, term time plus inset days

• Be an enthusiastic, reflective, and innovative teacher.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and partners.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
• Have a good understanding that behaviour is a form of communication and experience using strategies to support this.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have an excellent level of competency in English (spoken and written) and Maths.
• Able to commute to Stevenage.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of the class.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and support development.
• Adapt learning via scaffolding and support to suit class needs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or initiatives.
