Shift Lead - Manufacturing; Panel Blanks

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating a team of technicians within the Spacecraft production and AIT activities
• Supervise a team to ensure adherence to work-to-lists, cost and quality targets while maintaining harmonious employee relationships.
• Actively participate in setting team quality targets ensuring a right first time approach from all team members.
• Supporting performance appraisals.
• Identify training needs and agree training and development plans.
• Update and control the skills matrix and ensure appropriate skills coverage within the team. Oversee the team s training needs.
