We are looking for an experience Corporate Services Consultant to join our Stevenage based client which is an established Wealth Management company on a permanent basis.
This is hybrid role - but the client has requested that the successful candidates lives locally to the office in Stevenage.
The Corporate Services Consultant is responsible for delivering the firm's Corporate Services proposition in full alignment with FCA requirements and the firm's compliance procedures. The role holder will provide high‑quality advice, manage ongoing client relationships, and ensure all corporate clients receive a professional, consistent, and compliant service.
They will conduct regular client reviews, address ongoing needs, identify opportunities for growth, and act as a trusted adviser to corporate clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Compliance
Deliver the firm's Corporate Services proposition in accordance with the FCA rules and internal compliance standards.
Ensure all corporate clients receive an appropriate standard of service, communication, and support.
Conduct holistic corporate services consultations and ensure clients are reviewed at least annually, following the firm's suitability process.
Maintain full and accurate fact finds and meeting notes, ensuring Corporate Services support teams are included in all relevant communications.
Handle ad hoc client requirements promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Adhere to the firm's operating policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effective management of operational risk.
Client Relationship Management
Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate clients with the highest level of professionalism and regulatory awareness.
Arrange and facilitate Client Surgery days, acting as a subject matter expert for client employees, referring individual wealth management opportunities to the financial planning team as appropriate.
Develop strong, lasting relationships to retain existing clients and grow the client base.
Provide advice and guidance to help clients expand or enhance their existing employee benefits or workplace pension proposition.
Portfolio Management & Analysis
Manage and monitor client portfolios to ensure stability and growth where appropriate.
Analyse existing client arrangements and produce forecasts to support future planning.
Keep up to date with legislation and regulatory developments, particularly relating to auto‑enrolment and workplace pensions.
Professional Standards
Maintain competent adviser status as defined by the Regulator and the firm.
Hold a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) and ensure continuous professional development (CPD) is up to date.
Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.

Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathise, and build trust with corporate clients.
Strong analytical ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, diagnose client challenges, and create appropriate strategies.
Confident presenting solutions to clients and technical subjects to professional audiences.
Tactful, trustworthy, and diplomatic with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage personal goals, and balance conflicting deadlines.
Strong advocate for clients with a results‑driven mindset and ownership of problem‑solving.
Demonstrates humility, honesty, and a growth mindset-learning from challenges and taking responsibility for personal development.
Qualifications & Knowledge
Level 4 qualification completed, with evidence of practical technical knowledge.
Current SPS and up‑to‑date CPD.
Good awareness of the FCA regulatory regime and its application within an advisory firm.
Familiarity with the CFP six‑step financial planning process and strong working knowledge of financial planning and investment markets.
