Knebworth Golf Club is a vibrant and prestigious club dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our members. We are passionate about delivering outstanding member and guest services.

Responsibilities
1. Office Duties
  • Managing reception, including answering telephone enquiries.
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationary stock as needed.
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable office environment.
  • Efficiently archiving club-related documents.
2. Membership Duties
  • Assisting in marketing efforts to attract new members.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new members.
  • Supporting the departure process for leaving members.
  • Handling changes to individual memberships with precision.
  • Supporting monthly management of member direct debits.
  • Locker allocation, billing and maintenance coordination.
  • Providing comprehensive support to ensure an exceptional member service experience.
  • Supporting presentation evenings, AGM (Annual General Meeting), and membership renewal processes.
  • One day each month, either on a Saturday or Sunday, dedicated to meeting, greeting, and assisting members.
3. Financial Responsibilities
  • Supporting the reconciling of member income bank accounts.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with auditors during financial audits.
  • Supporting with stocktaking processes.
  • Internal match and competition charging.
4. General Support
  • Offering support to the General Manager, Club Operations Manager & Finance Manager in various tasks and projects as required.
5. Competition administration
  • Supporting in the administration of entries and fees for the club open competitions.
  • Administrative support on the day of open competitions.
