Our outpatient office nominees for Steubenville, Ohio
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Daylight Hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
No evenings, weekends, or holidays required.

- Check schedules and organize patient flow. Accompany patients to the exam/procedure room and assist with walking, transfers, dressing, specimen collection, exam preparation, etc. Collect patient information/history, take vitals, perform screenings per provider guidelines, and relay instructions to patients/families.
- Send/receive patient చేప medical records in accordance with HIPAA and other state and federal regulations.
- Prepare patient rooms, set up instruments and equipment according to department protocol. Clean exam/procedure rooms, instruments and equipment between visits to maintain infection control. Manage inventory of supplies; restock as needed.
- Comply with regulatory agencies (OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health) and maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data. Follow all UPMC Health System policies and procedures.
- Answer calls and provide pertinent information, including patient education as directed.
- Obtain lab/x‑ray reports, hospital notes, referral information, etc.; complete forms/requisitions; schedule appointments; verify insurance coverage and patient demographics. Prepare and manage charts to ensure information is completed and filed appropriately; other front‑office responsibilities as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology, examination, diagnostic and treatment room responsibilities.
- Previous MA experience is preferred.
- CPR required পোস্টির AHA standards (didactic and skills demonstration within 30 days of hire).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Act 34.
