Outpatient Therapist

Seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in Jefferson County. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

• Salary range of $52,000-$60,000 annually based on experience and licensure
• Productivity-based bonuses
• Annual Wellness reimbursement
• Acrrue three weeks' vacation in first year
• Bereavement time off
• $400 CEU reimbursement annually
• Reimbursement for credential renewals

• Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
• Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account

• Diagnostic assessments
• Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
• Referral/linkage with other services
• Documentation for provided services
