As a Residential Service Electrician, you will diagnose, present, and complete residential electrical jobs using our proven service systems. You will work directly with homeowners, explain options clearly, and deliver top‑notch workmanship. This is a client‑facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being rewarded for performance.

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards
• Present service options and perform approved work onsite
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics
• Complete paperwork and collect payments using Service Titan CRM
• Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in weekly training and professional development

• 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A growth mindset and willingness to be coached
• Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage)
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. All results are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and do not automatically disqualify candidates.
• A professional appearance is required for client‑facing roles. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus
• Journeyman's license preferred but not required

• Full time position
• Base pay PLUS up to 11% commission
• Annual income $65,000-$150,000
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus (paid in intervals over your first year)
