Absolute Electric is looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to assist experienced technicians on residential service jobs. This is a hands‑on learning role designed for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to build a long‑term career in the electrical trade.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Assist electricians with residential service work and installations
• Observe and learn proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle
• Wear floor savers and protect client property during visits
• Handle tools, materials, and documentation as directed
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities
• Represent Absolute Electric professionally at all times

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on interest in the trades

• Willingness to work hard and take direction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment 250 feet unassisted
• Use ladders and hand/power tools safely
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas
• Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant smells
• Stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

• $17‑$20 per hour starting pay
• 1000 USD bonus every month you hit your revenue goal for the first year once you reach level of technician
• Tuition fee is provided with one year contracts.
